Great stay after the festival
We stayed for a night after the festival and the staff were so friendly! They even took our bags to our rooms while we explored. The breakfast had a huge selection, and the full English was a hit with my friends. The only bummer was waiting a bit for breakfast on the last day, but it was still tasty!

I thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere in the bar and conservatory. The friendly staff made it easy for seniors like me to navigate the hotel, and the delicious English breakfast was a delightful start to my day.
Better soundproofing between rooms would be appreciated.

During my stay, I found the staff to be friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant experience. The breakfast was filling and provided a good start to my day. I appreciated the convenient parking available at the location, easing my travel needs, especially as I was visiting from afar.
The room I stayed in was freezing, and I encountered noise disturbances that made it hard to relax. The decor showed signs of wear, which detracted from the overall ambiance.

our stay at dukes folly was great! it had an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the shops. the evening meal was delicious—i had a cozy cottage pie and my daughter loved her teriyaki salmon. we both enjoyed the generous dessert portions too. the continental breakfast was fresh and had a wide variety for everyone. our host was super helpful!

The hotel is clean and well-located, with friendly staff and an appealing bar. Unfortunately, the walls are thin, making it difficult to sleep soundly due to noise. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. the poached eggs on toast left much to be desired. Still, great value overall.

Ideal for Couples seeking comfort
The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us. One morning, they noticed we were a bit late for breakfast, and they held the kitchen open just for us. Another highlight was the cooked breakfast, I opted for the full English at an extra £6, it was a massive plateful, beautifully cooked and served well.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but the quality made it acceptable.

Cute little spot with a fab outdoor seating area and a solid drink selection! Loved the cozy vibe and how close it was to everything—perfect for a cheeky weekend away.
But good gracious, how is it that my room was smaller than my last handbag? I barely had enough space to turn around—thank goodness the bar was just outside!
