There were an electric kettle and television with satellite channels in the room, appreciated that. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, delightful food, welcoming staff. This accommodation was in the central location near the town centre.

the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, it was very relaxing, it was very cozy, but could do with abit of TLC. The breakfast was excellent, it's just a shame they don't do evening meals.
the room next door (number 13) was quite lively with the banging headboard against the wall

We went for my husbands 40th, with friends. The staff were very good and would do anything to help. My husband and I had a themed room which was huge and the bed very comfy. Just one couple out of our party was slightly disapointed - they said they felt like they had been shoved in the basement.....they rest of us were very happy.
